You simply send us your content, and we adapt it to the selected plan.

How long does it take for my page to go live?

Once we receive all content correctly, your page will be published within 48 to 72 business hours.

What content do I need to send?

You’ll receive a detailed email guide, but in general you’ll need to provide:

• Your artist bio and photo.

• High-resolution images of your artworks.

• For each artwork: technique, dimensions, year, description.

• Final price (including shipping and taxes).

*  All prices must be final and inclusive — no additional charges may be added afterward.

🔴 SALES, SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

How do commissions work?

Commission rates depend on your plan:

• Artist Plan: 30 %

• Master Plan: 25 %

• Master Gold Plan: 20 %

The commission is applied to the total sale price, including shipping and taxes.

Who handles shipping?

The artist is responsible for shipping within 10 to 15 business days after the sale is confirmed.

Listed prices must include the full cost of shipping, with no extra charges after purchase.

When will I get paid?

Payment is processed once the buyer confirms the artwork has arrived in good condition.

Our team manages and oversees the entire process to ensure security, transparency, and professionalism.

How is my artwork protected on Collector Masters?

• All artist pages are hosted on secure servers.

• We use visual protection methods (such as watermarks).

• Digital certificates of authenticity are available upon request.

• Payment is only released after delivery has been successfully verified.

How do subscriptions work?

• Subscriptions are annual and auto-renew unless canceled in advance.
